PTR is a division of Strulwoiz and Gargiulo Physical Therapy and
Rehabilitation.
We are Certified by the New Jersey State Departmant of Education to provide OT
and PT in the schools through our Registered , Licensed and Fingerprinted
Professionals. Services are provided as part of a students IEP or 504 Plan.

| PTR LLC is a New Jersey State Approved Early Intervention Provider (Birth-3
years Old). Services are generally provided in the home by our therapists
through their unique Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
