Yoga For Children
The Pediatric Therapy Resources yoga series is based on the principles of Hatha yoga, which combines gentle poses with breathing and relaxation techniques.
Yoga helps to calm the mind and body and create a greater sense of well-being.
Our small group classes are taught by Stephanie Lubalin, Pediatric Occupational Therapist, who brings a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to her practice. Her considerable skills and experience can benefit your child's:

Bio Information about Stephanie Lubalin
Stephanie holds specialty certifications in assistive technology and sensory integration. She believes in integrating alternative therapeutic treatment with traditional occupational therapy. Ms. Lubalin has training in cranial sacral therapy, TAMO, DIR floortime, NDT, Thai Yoga Therapy TM and is a board certified holistic health counselor. She is also a Master Reiki practitioner, an ACSM certified health and fitness instructor and a licensed Yoga for the Special Child TM practitioner. In addition, Ms. Lubalin teaches adult Hatha Yoga and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
